We are currently seeking a Sales & Estimating Representative at our Thief River Falls location. This position plays a crucial role in serving our customers by providing exceptional service and expertise in the lumber and building materials industry. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, providing accurate and timely estimates, and promoting our products and services. Your goal is to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the overall success of our lumberyard.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the lumber or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of lumber and construction materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is primarily an indoor office-based role within the lumberyard.
- May require occasional lifting and moving of heavy materials.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate customer needs.
